Did you know that you can make “steak” by using mushrooms?
This recipe tells you how. The steaks turn our surprisingly meat like.
Ingredients
- 500 g Elm oyster mushrooms
- Add To Cart
- Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- BBQ sauce
Directions
- Warm up the pan and add oil.
- Add a big cluster of oyster mushrooms.
- Put a weight on top of the mushrooms to compress them.
- Cook for around 6 minutes then flip the mushrooms.
- Cook on the other side for an additional 3 minutes.
- Put the mushrooms on a plate and let cool down.
- Season with salt and pepper and massage in your favorite BBQ sauce on both side of the steak.
- Let marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Put in oven at 250 ° C for around 25 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
